Exterior Painting in Richardson & North DFW, TX
Siding, trim, fascia, and brick repainted to actually hold up to the Texas sun.
Expert Exterior Painting by Master Contractor Jeff Cofer
North Texas sun and swings in humidity break down exterior paint faster than most homeowners expect, peeling trim, chalky siding, brick that needs a real wash before anything sticks. Jeff Cofer has repainted exteriors across North DFW for 39 years: proper pressure-wash prep, caulking and surface repair before the first coat, and Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore paints chosen for UV and moisture durability. Rotted fascia or soffit gets rebuilt, not painted over.

What Our Clients Say
“Before I picked Jeff for our exterior painting project, I read his reviews. My first reaction was that no one can be this good. I was wrong. He showed up on time and worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. The paint and rehab project was exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely use his services again.”
“Jeff Cofer is THE BEST. He has been my go-to for years, a true, skilled craftsman, whether it is painting, staining, pressure washing, or replacing rotten or termite-damaged wood. He pays attention to detail, problem solves, communicates well, and cleans up the work area like no one else I have ever used. If you want quality work and worry free, call Jeff.”
“Jeff did a great job painting our kitchen and spent several days prepping and painting our cabinets in two different colors. He cleaned up afterwards, was easy to work with, and communicated well on every aspect of the job.”
